Panel search for drugs, chemicals and miRNAs targeting specific areas of a disease map: to develop a pipeline using the API of the Minerva platform to identify over and underexpressed molecules or interactions based on uploaded omics data. Then, using the available API calls for drug, chemical and miRNA targeting, find regulators of these over and underexpressed molecules or interactions.
